How to find my Ducrypto deposit address?
Cryptocurrencies are deposited via a “deposit address”. To view the deposit address of your Ducrypto Wallet, go to (Balance) – (Digital Account) – (Deposit). Click (Crypto Deposit) and select the coin you wish to deposit and the network you’re using. The deposit address will appear. To transfer funds from the platform or wallet you are withdrawing from to your Ducrypto Wallet, copy and paste the address. In some circumstances, you’ll additionally need to attach a MEMO.
Step-by-step tutorial
1- Log into your DuCrypto account and click [Balance] – [Digital Account].
2- Click (Deposit) and a window will pop-up on your screen.
3.Click (Crypto Deposit).
4- Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, such as USDT.
5- Then, choose the deposit network.
Please verify that the network you choose matches the network of the platform from which you are withdrawing funds. Your money will be lost if you choose the incorrect network.
Summary of network selection:
- ERC20 refers to the Ethereum network.
- TRC20 refers to the TRON network.
- BTC refers to the Bitcoin network.
- BEP2 refers to the BNB Beacon Chain (former binance Chain).
- BEP20 refers to the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) (former binance Smart Chain).
- BTC (SegWit) refers to Native Segwit (bech32), and the address starts with “bc1”. Users are allowed to withdraw or send their Bitcoin holdings to SegWit (bech32) addresses. For more details, please refer to About Segregated Witness (SegWit).
- In this example, we’ll take USDT out of one platform and put it into Ducrypto. We will choose the ERC20 deposit network because we are withdrawing from an ERC20 address (on the Ethereum blockchain).
- The network you choose depends on the options offered by the exchange or external wallet you are using to make the withdrawal. You must choose the ERC20 deposit network if the external platform only supports ERC20.
- The deposit address for your Ducrypto Wallet can be copied by clicking copy, then it could be pasted into the platform’s address field where you want to withdraw your cryptocurrency to.
You can also import the address’s QR code to the platform you’re withdrawing from by clicking the QR code button.
- It takes some time for the transaction to be confirmed after the withdrawal request has been approved. The blockchain’s current network traffic and the confirmation time are two variables.
The funds will be credited to your Ducrypto account shortly after the transfer has been confirmed.
- From (Transaction History), you can get more details on recent transactions as well as the status of your deposit.
